CRM mutations: use Wix Dashboard

Contact CSV import, promote-from-CSV (add contacts), and member invite are not available on the ambientsystems.ai members CRM (/members/crm/). That page is a read/update board for INTERNAL operators (left contacts list with Funnel/source/STP/sequence filters, middle funnel columns, outreach tracking via the CRM BFF).

Do these in the Wix Dashboard instead:

  • Contacts — import CSV / add contacts
  • Members — invite members; set-password / roles HITL as needed
  • Roles & permissions — Admin vs Member access (never grant Admin from the site CRM)

Site forms (Lead / Contribute) still capture into Contacts with Funnel: Leads. See Outbound capture runbook and CRM operator SOP.
