Core metrics layer

Ambient Core defines 15 shared templates in catalog/shared/metrics.yaml. At generate time they expand into every industry pack as {industry}.core.{slug} keys (270 expanded keys across 18 packs). Each industry page lists its core rows alongside pack-specific metrics.

Monthly Burn Rate
