Ambient Core in the platform

The Command Centre is built on a tag-pinned ambient-core release: contracts, reference catalog, and shared pipeline libraries. The platform adds multi-tenant OLTP, lakehouse automation, and hosted services—it does not fork or mirror core trees in duplicate.

Metric equations and pack definitions are documented only under Integrator (Reference catalog, Core metrics). This Operator page describes how the product consumes that pin.

What comes from open-source core

  • Catalog — Industry packs, metrics, data options—onboarding and Data library (definitions: Reference catalog)
  • Contracts — Governed data product schemas validated in CI and at runtime
  • Pipeline libraries — Shared medallion and contract-loading helpers in analytical jobs

Customer-facing AI is not shipped from MIT ambient-core or as a current platform product feature.

Upgrade discipline

Category 1 operators coordinate core tag bumps with contract validation, catalog regeneration, and deploy. Integrators follow Integrating in their own repositories.
